We are a group of nine women who have been beaching together for 15 years with the last seven at this location. The owners always update, renew and well stock their condo and we feel like it is our summer beach home. We love sitting around the table, all nine of us, and looking out at the beach for our meals. We hardly go out any more. We love walking in and out to the beach. Some day, thought, wee will have to have help getting all our luggage up the stairs and will have to contact Emerald Isle Realty for help because we don't want to give up our beach condo.

Seaside Escape West is perfect for our family that includes adult children and a grandchild and there is room for the family to grow. The house itself is beautifully furnished and has three full baths. It is always squeaky clean. Ocean-front property at its best. There is literally nothing about this property we would change, that's why I say I wish we owned it!

The duplex was in pretty good condition with great location. The sliding door needs some work. Believe the price is probably too high for the property.

We have been coming to Emerald Isle with our beach friends for five years and Emerald Isle Realty has been almost flawless. You are efficient, prompt, and fair. Of course, the people we rent from have made our stay the most enjoyable by keeping a well stocked, pretty, ever changing home away from home that we love to come back to and see what they have in store for us.
