EAST: K * K * Q * Q * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made. 40” flat screen with Blu-ray DVD in great room. Grilling area with picnic table.

WEST: K * K * Q * Q * 2S * QSS. Island Club linens provided. 1 flat screen HDTV, stereo/CD player, answering machine. Weekly only.

    This was our first time having both sons and their families together in 5 years. The house was perfect. The walls are well insulated which allowed some to turn in and others to stay up at night without a noise problem. The house had everything that you could need to just move in with a few supplies.The boarded walkway delivered you just a few steps from a perfect beach. Emerald Isle Realty made this a easy straight forward transaction and delivered all that was promised. May rent this again next year.

    Great place but no water pressure

    Our stay was good. The house was great but we had no water pressure. If anyone flushed a toilet, there was no pressure in the kitchen. If someone took a shower there was no pressure anywhere else. Therefore we had a problem using the dishwasher and could never clean the dishes or silver. The house cleaners most likely discussed the white coating residue on all the dishes and silverware. We tried to wash by hand but to no avail. Also all the sliding doors were almost impossible to slide. The big doors need new rollers... The Bishop Family

    Update: It pleases me to let you know that the owner of this home has installed a high end, Kinetico water softener. This should not only prevent the calcium residue on the dishes and silverware. Also, a new water pressure system has been installed and should improve water pressure throughout the home. Original response - August 24, 2011: Thank you for your review of your stay at All Good East. I'm sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with water pressure throughout the home. I'll be sure to let our maintenance department know about this so they can check it out. As for the dishes, our water does leave this white coating on them. You can remedy and prevent this by using a rinse agent or even by adding Tang drink mix to the dishwasher when you wash the dishes. Thank you again for providing your feedback.     A good time was had by all. Good house location and very comfortable. House could have used a little more color ( beach colors) but the house was quite nice. On the negative side, could not drink the tap water because the water smelled and tasted "funky" and there was no lock on the back sliding glass door on the top floor. Also- water pressure in the showers was not very strong.

As for the door lock, we'll certainly look into this but unfortunately, locks which face the Ocean are quickly corroded by the salty air.
