As always the house was great, Clean and every thing we wanted. This is a very large house with room for every-one, It is so close to the wataer, you could leave the windows down and enjoy the waves and music at night, ( the music they make) I would not change any-thing about the house or Emerald Isle Realty Co they really are the best.

I would recommend this beach home and location to anyone.The amenities and service were great,thank you.

The atlantis Cottage is an escape dream vacation for a family reunion setting. After 8 years of vacationing in this one home, we enjoy the comforts and beautiful location more and more. The attention to detail by Sabrina Hylton and the Emerald Isle Realty staff is first class service. The home, location and amenities create an environment that is fun, relaxing and perfect rain or shine! The "Sylvester Clan Reunion" is my favorite adventure each year!

This rental has been our vacation home since the year it was built. (We stayed at other EI rentals before.). 5This is our most favorite place on Emerald Isle...and you are our favorite rental company!

Everything was provided for a terrific vacation. Parking was great(even a garage!). The layout allowed for community time and private time. The views were outstanding. This house was large enough to accomodate at least three families with lots of recreation outlets available.

We would just recommend better water pressure in the shower.

This was our 2nd time as a family of staying at atlantis. We love this house and all that it has to offer. Love the ocean, pool, elevator for grandparents, and the kitchen has everything that you would want. The deck of the house was our morning coffee meeting place! Would recommend this house to anyone - we will be back soon! Lots of wonderful family memories!

The location is great. This section of the beach is wonderful, and the gazebo is a nice perk. The description of the house was deceptive in that it was not clear that 4 bedrooms had the share 2 baths. The water was so hard that the dishwashers could not clean the dishes and left a thick white residue on all the dishes. The description said that there was a water softener, but it was evident that there was not. The wiring is inadequate for the house as several lights dimmed and flickered when the a/c came on. One of the bathtub drains was completely clogged when we got there, however, the plumber was there within 30 minutes of reporting the problem. We will choose another property next year.

This was a beautiful home on the beach with a lot of amenities. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was extremely close to the ocean with easy access to the beach. It was as if the beach was our own private beach. The house was clean and the perfect size for our four families. We loved the midweek cleaning of the pool and lining exchange. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay there again.
