We rented both east and west to accommodate are family needs. I felt that the east side was more child friendly then the west. I was probably influenced by the lady who came by and had stated that the west side is where the owner stays and the furniture is brand new. (The price tag was left on one of the family room end tables.) Both sides were well equipped, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The washer/dryer combo was a little small for our needs but it was nice to have them. I would suggest though that the lint catcher be vacumed or something between stays as both sides could have been potential fire hazards from the build up in them. The view from walk-way was awesome as we were treated several times to the dolphins swimming by. We all like to sit outside in the evenings listening to the waves and unwind from the days activities . Unfortunately the east side had a infestation of something that looked like a giant cockroach which sent everybody scattering when they came out in the evening. Both sides were equipped with gas grills which was nice as we like to cook outside, east side grill was on the deck but the west side grill was underneath in the carport which made a lot of walking up and down stairs. All and all we had an enjoyable time at this rental.

I hope to stay again! It doesn't get any better. Eir maintenance was available at ease, the home owner is fantastic, and my family loved coming to stay with me!

Comfortable, very good part of the beach, furnishings are very good. Not suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Entrance is up an outside stairs. We would not hesitate to stay here once again.

I was a long term renter at Barefoot in Paradise, staying from October of 2010-May 2011. The house was comfortable, well stocked, awesome location, and great views. I had a positive experience with EIR and Barefoot in Paradise. The name describes it well.
