We have stayed in this home many times and absolutely love it! It is in a perfect location on the beach and has everything and more than we need. All of the new remodeling the owners have done is amazing and make the home even more gorgeous. One of our favorite amenities is the hot tub overlooking the ocean and the beautiful decks. We only wish we could visit more often and always look forward to our vacations on Emerald Isle. A truly perfect beach house!

this has been our second vacation at Carolina Breeze and the upgrades that the Rowleys have made are outstanding. We are amazed at how the kitchen is stocked. We mostly eat in home and utilize the kitchen daily.The comfortable beds provided us with well needed rest. The grandchildren consider this Oma's house at the beach. No greate compliment can be received.

We've rented this property for our family vacation for the past 7 years. Its location - walking distance to the pier, and quick drive to shopping - are only part of its appeal. It's beautifully maintained, with upgrades every year, and has comfortably accommodated 15 of us (we rent both sides of the property). Everything about it has met and exceeded our vacation expectations.

We have been going to Emerald Isle on and off for 20 years. Carolina Breeze was one of the best places we stayed for the money we paid. It was very clean and well maintained. Upon arrival we recieved a call from the owner making sure everything was up to our satisfaction. The kitchen was very well equiped. Our family enjoyed our time at Carolina Breeze and will rent it again in the future. You can't go wrong with this house! Book it!

We love the house. It suits us perfectly. It is in walking distance to the pier and even to the grocery store if you like to walk. Close to town and shops, with a lovely beach access. The hairdryer was replaced in the penthouse floor, without any delay, and I loved that! For the first time this year we found two cockroaches in the top floor. Thought you would like to know.

This house is a wonderful place to stay. We shared both sides with our family. There were 4 families total with 7 small children, splitting between the two. It had ample space, great view, great deck furniture, chairs to use, grills, and great kitchen equipment and kitchenware. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We had early checkin for one of the homes, and it was done when we arrived.

We've been coming to EI for about 20 years. This was the first time we returned to a cottage! We loved coming back...felt like we were home.

This is the cleanest house we have ever stayed at in the 15 years we've been traveling to Emerald Isle. The kitchen was well-appointed and the ocean views were magnificent. We loved the hot tub and the fact that the beds were made for us. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

The duplex was decorated with bright "beachy" colors and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the pillow-top mattress were very comfortable and the location was perfect.
