UPDATE: It pleases me to let you know that the owner of C's West has replaced the dishwasher and has added new dishware. I have also been informed that the windows within this duplex are only five years old and what you experienced was sea spray rather than fogging of the windows. This is common for Oceanfront properties which are constantly faced with the salt air/water. Also, the ceiling has been repaired.
