Great House in a Great Location!

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family. Very quiet location makes for a perfect vacation. Large deck with plenty of chairs and a porch swing. The house is nicely furnished. We loved the ice maker. Ei Realty makes it very simple to book the reservation and check in/out was very quick. Bottom Line: Great House + Great Location = Great Vacation!

We were disappointed that the dishwasher did not clean well. There should have been lemmiclean (?)available. We borrowed some for 1 washing. We know the water is hard but don't remember it that bad in the past.//We like the size of the house for our extended family, but this year used only 2 bedrooms because of unexpected changes. It was a good place to recuperate.//Your maintenance and housekeeping people are good to respond. This is our 12th or 13th year in Jimanick East.

We found Jimanik East so well laid out with lots of smart roominess design as well as the outside deck availability. This is the best floor plan for a sizeable group of family we have ever had in 30 years of renting with Emerald Isle. The linens and house keeping attentions make a beach trip so relaxing and fun. The kitchen was more than well appointed for our needs as good cooks and catchers of items from the sea (crabs and fish). Hate to recommend too highly as we might not be able to find this cottage available again due to popularity!

the house is infested with roaches. we brought insect spray to spray at nite.when we return home ,i allow ed no bags in mine house untill checked.

We love to come to Emerald Isle. We have stayed in Jimanik, either the east or the west side for many years now. The house is great, fits our family and friends well. We have everything we need and can relax and enjoy the beach and the great view!

This was our 11th year in Jimanik so we must like it.It's a good location on the beach,not too crowded. Having family next door is a plus.It's not a fancy house, but comfortable. A good dishwasher,microwave and ice maker are a plus. The younger ones enjoy the beach and ocean.Emr is responsive to calls for repair or maintenance. Housekeeping is good and linens are furnished (but a good frying pan & extra kitchen towels are needed).We need another recycling cart. There is only one for both sides.
