This unit is in a great location and we loved being there. The unit does need updating and when we got there the housekeepers had done a terrible job at cleaning. If I were the owner of this unit I would have been very upset. It appeared to have not been vacummed or floors scrubbed at all. But having said that if there are upgrades made for next season we would love to rent it again.

This is the girls week at the beach. We have as many as 6 girls or as little as my best friend and me. This year it was just the 2 of us. Our check ins are always quick and easy. The staff at EIR are the best. Our rental unit (which we have used for the last 4 years)keeps getting better every year. Last year they upgraded the kitchen to stainless steel appliances. This year fresh paint job. The maintenance department is friendly and very fast in solving any problems. We enjoy the location because it is family friendly and not commercialize.

Only good things to say about EI Realty. Very smooth transaction. Very pleased with the unit as well. Views were amazing; beds comfortable; furniture comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. This was our first time staying at Ocean Reef and enjoyed it so much we booked the same unit for next summer! If there is one thing I would change it would be to have some type of lift to haul luggage up and not have to carry or pull it up 3 flights of stairs - but, the views are worth the effort!

everything was great at the condo. it was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and all appliances/electronics worked. fantastic week was had by all.

We felt we had the "perfect" spot. Right on the beach with the pool just behind us. We loved our week. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the furniture it was worn and uncomfortable. Luckily, we spent most of our time here on the beach or in the pool. Emerald Realty does a fantastic job of making your vacation effortless. They were so helpful from selecting the right condo to Pat at the Pool with her suggestions on where to go for dinner. Wonderful team!!

We stayed in Ocean Reef 5B2. The kitchen and living rooms are very nice. The shower in the master bathroom, however, is very worn with considerable black mildew-looking build-up. The beach was almost non-existant outside 5B2 building. There is about a 10 foot area of beach, then a 3 foot drop off and the ocean comes in right up to the drop off. Three different times during our stay we were reminded that we were sitting in the fire lane, but they didn't know where to tell us to go since "we had no beach."

Wonderful location!!! With today's economy, I thought the price was a bit steep.

This property was very nice. The kids loved the big screen TV. The views were wonderful. We all enjoyed our vacation. The second day the breaker went for the air conditioning and I called Emerald Isle Reality and they had someone out there in a few hours and it was a Sunday. The dishwasher did not work. Took a couple of days for someone to come to fix that and they had to order parts so we did dishes by hand. The staff at Emerald Isle Reality were very nice and friendly. Not much to do directly there. Have to drive a little ways for activities but not bad at all. We have a family members graduation next year and we will definately be renting this unit again! It is absolutely the best for the price!
