D303 has all the touches you find at home from the flat screen tv's to the food processor in the cabinet. Just bring your bathing suit, beach towel and if you want, a few groceries and enjoy the week. Pebble Beach is located near several (walking) opportunities to shop, dine or stroll and earn your dessert after a day on the sand. You won't be disappointed. Plan your stay and enjoy. We did. We had a wonderful time at this location. The condo looks exactly as it appears in the pictures, it was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic. We loved eating out on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and sounds. So close to the pool and the ocean, we took walks at night along the beach during the full moon. I felt like I was home when we arrived at the condo- so comfy and well decorated. We all slept well, played well and enjoyed the island. Thank you for sharing!!! We plan to visit again! Rental agency was very helpful as well as the linen service.

Quiet location with lots to do, big waves, cool shells and very scenic. Ocean and weather always warm Condo was perfect for family of five.

The home needs a new dishwasher or for the current one to be fixed. It does not wash the dishes properly. Many of the dishes in the cabinets and utensils in the drawers were not cleaned due to the faulty dishwasher. We had to re-wash everything we used. Also, there is an ant problem that was noticed right above the sink in the kitchen. The home was not cleaned very well before we came. Also, suggest that the rental company or owners type up a list of suggested places to go with kids and restaurants that are good. On the positive side, the home was decorated nicely and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Pebble Beach was mostly quiet and had a lot of families. The beach was crowded, but not so crowded that you couldn't find a spot to settle in.

The condo is updated. The kitchen is bright and beautiful, fully stocked with not only dishes, pans and wares, but with cleaners and spices. The outdoor closet has everything needed to enjoy the beach and pool (including fishing), saving the hassle of having to bring these items. We prefer openess in the living room and this could be accomplished by removing some of the furniture. However, the view and other amenities (cable Tv's in all rooms) makes up for this.

Loved Pebble Beach and the unit we rented was wonderful. We're already planning a return trip...hopefully for more than a week next year! Absolutely no complaints. Emerald Isle Realty was helpful and very professional. The unit was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with dishes and anything needed in a kitchen. Great view from all three bedrooms. This was a top floor unit so there were quite a few stairs but the view was worth it. Pools were nice and well kept. Did I mention it was fabulous??? (I wish I could contact the owners to personally thank them!)

I have been staying at Pebble Beach for the last 15 years or so. This unit is truely beautiful. Pictures can be deceiving but these did not lie. Accomodations were very comfortable. The owners have definitely kept up with the times in this unit, the stone countertops, the flat screen Tv's. Everything was great. I want to come back now!!
