The location is great and the accommodations were super. This unit is extremely close to the beach...out the door and just a short walk down the walkway and you are on the sand. We enjoyed the convenience of spending time on the beach and then being able to quickly walk back and forth to the unit for a snack, lunch, short break, etc. The ocean view from the porch is great as well; not obstructed by sand dunes like some of the rest at Pier Pointe. There is a queen sofa pullout in the living area, so this unit will comfortably sleep six, if you are interested in having a visitor or two come down for a night during your stay...or have more than four in your party. Anyway, great experience for my family of four; we would definitely use this unit again.

This cottage was very clean and was decorated so nicely. It has a lovely ocean view and is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This a beautiful property inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is beautifully decorated. In the winter, the sun beams on the front porch and it's so comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the fantastic view. Evenings were spent by the fireplace with our family. Huge jacuzzi tub in the master bath is terrific. We saw many dolphins playing close to shore everyday and the beach is great for shell collectors.

We have stayed in this complex many times. This unit was very nicely furnished and updated. However, upon arrival, the table on the deck was very dirty with food residue, etc. Also, there were peanut shells and popcorn pieces on the carpeting in the living area. When we called, a custodian came early the next morning and rectified the problem. Also, for whatever reason, the dishes, glassware and mugs had some sort of whitish film (from salt water?) and could not be removed. We purchased Styrofoam plates, bowls and plastic cups to use as we were not comfortable using the items in the cupboards.

Everything was as wonderful as last year. Thank you for making it a relaxing, non stress week! Can't wait til next year!

Condo was very clean (with one exception) and well maintained. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortasble. The view of the ocean was great! The exception to the the cleanliness was the dishware which was encrusted with a hard water film, dishes need to be cleaned with CLR or Lime away or replaced, very un-appetizing...

The condo was nice overall, but we were disappointed over the Emerald Isle Realty welcome bag, which had little more than a map and an advertising pen. Perhaps a starter roll of paper towels/toilet paper/dish soap could've been thrown in for the price of the rental. Something that says, "Hi, we're glad you're here, and we're here to serve you." Your free ice cream and early morning weekend checkout continental breakfast is a nice touch. Keep up the service to your customers and we will be glad to come back and maybe even recommend you to our friends!

The weather was good, the location and accomodations were unbeatable. Only improvement would be a rocking chair on porch and water filter system. Thanks for a great week!
