We had stayed at a different pier pointe property last year so I knew what to expect. When we arrived the housekeeping was still there. She was going a great job cleaning. I was looking through the kitchen and notice that this unit was not very well stocked with utensils, dishes and bakeware. So I asked the housekeeping lady and she said that she notice that. She asked me to call housekeeping and talk with them and I did. They sent someone on Monday with some additional place settings and to do a complete inventory of kitchen. Later that day they had brought me everything that the unit was short on. Housekeeping also sent two other women in to check a couple of things in the room that we had concerns with, and they took care of it and also found a few other issues while they were there. I received replacement bedding and also they had the carpet cleaned for something they were questioning. Overall they fixed or replaced everything that was not up to there standards. everyone one was super nice and would keep saying that is how they know if something is not working or missing. I would go back to pier pointe next year. The tennis courts, pools and location are all great. The landscaping is maculate. Thanks to the property owners for sharing there beach condo...
Our stay at Pier Point West 3 B3 was everything we expected. The accommodations were as advertised and the space was enough for my wife and I, our preschooler, toddler, and an infant (although we brought along our pack-n-play) for her. The beaches were wonderful as they were just a short walk from the condo and not overly crowded as you would find in the Outer Banks and Myrtle Beach. And the view off the top balcony was stunning!
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful Ocean Views, Clean, Great Living Space, just overall great vacation!
The weather stank, but the condo was perfect! Was just what our family needed. Well stocked with all we needed for cooking meals. So happy to see the ocean at all times. Comfy beds, but the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. The sleepers who were using the sofa decided an air mattress they brought with them was more comfortable. We had 2 problems that had to be reported to the realty company. The first problem took 2 calls and a full day to be resolved. The second problem was a clogged toilet and that took multiple calls and a full 24 hours to be fixed. The plumbers were given the wrong address.
