we've stayed in the same home for 6 years, and it gets better and better!! great location, close to beach, pool is right out our door. doesn't get any better than this!!

The unit was nicely furnished and appreciated some of the updates by the owners. Outstanding value for the family with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Has a slight ocean view, and the pools and the other amenities of this complex have us returning next year to this unit. It is currently on the market, so perhaps the carpet will be replaced for 2013. Unfortunately, renters are especially hard on carpets.

One of the best things about d102 was the 1st floor location and my personal favorite, all the beds were made up and towels laid out like a cruise! The condo is a great layout and gets wonderful light and has a spacious covered porch that actually can acts as another room. The condo is comfortable but is worn, could use new or recovered couches, mattress upgrades as well as new bedspreads. Bathrooms also showing that age that makes it difficult to look clean even when they are. Lots of great pots and pans but could use upgrades in dishes and glasses. My husband suggested that an updated tv would be appreciated and we really would have loved Internet access. After saying all this we did request this same condo next year. It has the potential to be the perfect vacation home but needs some tender loving care.

Overall, wonderful experience with check-in and check-out. Beautiful location. Condo was tidy. Utensils and appliances needed to be cleaned before usage due to dust or being dirty. Dishwasher did not clean well. List of what is available as far as appliances, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc. at the condo would have been helpful prior to arrival. Two lines on balcony would be helpful for this size condo due to not having enough space to dry towels, bathing suits. Although, I made a few suggestions, my family and I absolutely loved our time at the condo and would definitely come again or refer your realty to our friends and family. Loved balcony and safety in regard to how to get in and out of condo. Felt safe and secure at this location.
