I'm sorry about the smell you reported. As you stated, our housekeeping department did come to the property to clean and deodorize but they didn't notice a smell. We've since returned to the property to clean and still haven't detected an odor of any type, nor have any guests after you reported this. I am happy to know that housekeeping was able to provide you with additional coffee cups and kitchenware. Thank you again for your feedback.
