Chateau of the Isle is a unique oceanfront estate located in Sea Isle Plantation, offering over 11,600 sq. ft. of living space across three oceanfront lots with a private infinity pool (heatable for an additional fee), hot tub, and panoramic Atlantic views. The home features three separate residence towers connected by beautifully tiled and furnished terraces and breezeways. The Main Residence offers an elevator to all levels, grand foyer, open living area with Smart TVs, and a gourmet kitchen with wet bar, large breakfast nook, Thermador cooktop, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The oceanfront primary suite is located on the main level with a king bed, private terrace, massive walk-in closet with mini-fridge, fire place, and oceanview walk-in shower. The upper level includes a large loft gathering area with coffee bar, refrigerator, sink, and workspaces, along with a lookout room and two new bedrooms: one large bunk suite with a king bed, XL twin-over-queen bunk, XL twin bunk, and XL daybed plus lounge seating and TV with large couch, and a second bedroom with a king bed and two twins with trundle. Two updated full baths are accessible from the hallway, each with separate vanity areas and private toilet/shower rooms. The Second Residence (Guest Tower) includes three king suites with private baths, a living area, kitchenette. The Third Residence (Cabana Tower) features three additional bedrooms (two king suites and a bunk room with two triple bunks and trundles - 8 twins), a full kitchen, and a living/game area with pool table and Smart TVs.
