Pool heating is available for an additional $500 per week when outdoor temperatures exceed 60°F (cannot be heated from mid-November through March-may be winterized during that period.)

Inside, the home features a bright and airy open-concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Two spacious primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms provide added comfort, including one with a private sitting area and deck. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, wireless internet, ceiling fans throughout, and 7 TVs, including one in every bedroom.

The ground-level recreation room adjacent to the pool area offers additional entertainment space with a pullout sofa, TV, foosball table, mini refrigerator, and attached half bath.

Guests will also appreciate the covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, fenced yard, and water booster pump for enhanced comfort.

Island Club linens are provided for weekly rentals, and the property is available year-round with a four-night minimum stay. This is a non-smoking property and is pet-friendly, allowing up to three pets with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet for weekly rentals.

The home is available for monthly rentals during the off-season, with linens included. Monthly rental rates are $10,000 for September, $9,000 for October, $8,000 for November and December, $5,250 for January through March, $10,000 for April, and $12,000 for May. Pets may be considered for monthly rentals with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
