"Great setting, comfortable house!"
This is a really nice location for a family vacation. We were happy with the proximity to the beach access and ocean view and all of the nicely sized bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and there was an extra umbrella for our very hot beach week. We had trouble with the basement room AC but luckily we did not need to use that room. This is a very comfortable beach rental. It was very clean and Pet friendly!!

"Could have been better"
We rented preseason - end of March - and it appeared the unit was not quite ready. 3 of the 4 TVs did not work, as well as some of the blinds. The location was perfect - very close to the beach. I'd say we were satisfied with our stay, with some reservations. And being pet friendly was key for us as well.
