Expanded pool deck with shade, expanded evening fire-pit area, outdoor cooking featuring 2 grills – XL Wilmington Grill and XL Big Egg Grill plus oceanfront outdoor dining, and 7-person hot tub located on upper deck with amazing ocean views. Bubbles Beach Amenity Package: Add-on Bubbles Beach Amenity package includes: Beach Buddy Service - Daily setup/take-down of up to 12 chairs w/footrest and 6 umbrellas includes cooler with a bag of ice, 6 bikes, 1 golf cart, 2 standup paddleboards, and 4 boogie boards. The Bubbles Beach Amenity Package is available April–October (weather permitting) - $1500 per week  - contact EIR to add.

Bring Your Dog: Pet-Welcoming property means no carpet, leather furniture and weekly change of all bed linens, including bedspreads and pillow shams.  Crate, bowls and dog bed provided. Pet Fee - $250 per dog – contact EIR to add.
