Pool can be heated for an additional $650 per week ($900 per week December-February).

Top level boasts a well-stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers, dining area, cozy family room with 65” Smart TV with sound system, and King bedroom (en suite bathroom, direct deck access). On the second level is the primary King bedroom suite (soaking tub) and another King bedroom, both with direct deck access, as well as a Twin bedroom with two beds, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The lower level opens directly onto the pool area. On the lounge side is a wet bar equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and full complement of outdoor tableware/drinkware, 75" Smart TV with sound system, Blu-ray player and library of Blu-rays and DVDs (perfect for movie night!), and a separate HDMI hookup for your kids’ favorite gaming system. The other side features a Queen room with en suite bathroom and a rec room area with 75” Smart TV, counter-height seating, arcade machine, and foosball table.

Bedrooms have Smart TVs and convenient USB chargers on each nightstand. All Smart TVs include live TV and access to streaming apps. Ceiling fans throughout, wireless Internet, board games, and books. Outdoor spaces include covered and open decks, porch rockers, top deck dining set, new pool deck dining set and lower deck bar-height seating, propane grill, and enclosed hot/cold outside shower.

Centrally located in quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Emerald Path (11-mile paved bike path through Emerald Isle extending from The Point at Bogue Inlet to Indian Beach), Publix grocery store, Emerald Isle Woods Park (leafy park with disc golf course, walking and birding trails, boardwalk access to Bogue Sound with floating dock and kayak launch), mini-golf, waterpark, restaurants and more.
