Lower level has access to covered sitting area, backyard, and recently added spacious lower deck, as well as an enclosed hot/cold outside shower, charcoal/gas grills, and picnic area and gathering space both on open lower deck and sitting area under the porch and, in addition, a picnic table onshore off the pier deck. Enjoy bird watching, kayakers and boats from the fully furnished screened porch and lower level sitting area. A large, furnished front porch provides additional space. Swim, clam, fish, from the private pier. Golf cart provided for easy access to beach, grocery and restaurants. Weekly only. Occupancy is limited to eight people. This soundfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Small pets only (2 maximum, 35 lb limit) w/nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet.
