Large dining tables inside and outside for all these wonderful meals you can prepare in the gourmet kitchen. Your outdoor chefs will love the newest additions to the barbeque area.

Three of the four king bedrooms have deck access and ocean view. The fourth is on the main level as a separate suite. On the ground level the fifth bedroom has two full-size bunk beds and a connecting bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and Spectrum cable TV app. Wireless Internet access throughout the house. On the ground level is a large Smart TV for family movie night, a DVD player, an air hockey table, the laundry room with front load washer/dryer and a second refrigerator (no freezer).

After a long day at the beach, take a nice dip in the hot tub from where you have the ultimate view of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful sunsets. EV (50 amp) charger.
