At Malibu You Go to the Beach In Style
Golf carts and bikes are provided at Southern Malibu to take you to your beach access where beach lounge chairs and umbrellas will be waiting for you along with a cooler and ice. At Southern Malibu, guests don’t have to setup and take down beach equipment  – you have a beach buddy that does this for you on beach days. 

Boater’s Paradise
Step directly from your private oasis at Southern Malibu onto your concrete dock, complete with convenient jet ski and kayak launch as well as a guest boat wet slip. Bring your v-hull vessel and enjoy immediate, unrestricted access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock house at the end of the dock features lounge seating with an evening firepit - the perfect setting for unforgettable sunset moments. Kayaks and paddleboard are provided.

Indoor-Outdoor Living Redefined
The entertainment options are endless. Transition seamlessly from the large 40’ screened-in porch (offering morning coffee areas and evening cocktail spaces) - to the vibrant media/game room, complete with a pool table, wet bar, wine cooler, and sound system wired for both indoor and outdoor ambiance. An expansive pool deck and soundfront lawn provide a private resort experience. Unwind in the 7-person hot tub nestled under the graceful live oaks, or take a dip in the magnificent 33’ saltwater pool (heating option available for an additional $750 per week). An outdoor kitchen with an XL Wilmington Grill and XL Big Egg makes al fresco dining an event to remember.

The heart of this residence is a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a 60” Wolfe® gas range with 6 burners, charbroiler and griddle, as well as twin convection ovens, two Sub-Zero® refrigerators, two icemakers, dishwasher and exquisite granite countertops. The large, open-concept living area boasts a 75” flat-screen TV and sumptuous white leather seating—providing an atmosphere of relaxed elegance—while soundfront dining  (indoor and outdoor) allows guests to savor spectacular views while dining on freshly prepared meals. 

Opulent Accommodations
The remarkable third-floor grand primary suite is a sanctuary unto itself, featuring a luxurious king sleigh bed with a Tempur-Pedic® adjustable bed, a 75” flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area and private balcony provide a secluded vantage point for spectacular views, and a lavish primary bath with an oversized walk-in shower and a separate whirlpool tub. Each of the four private guest suites are also havens of comfort, featuring ensuite bathrooms, pillow-top mattresses, high-end linens, plush bathrobes, and large flat-screen TVs.

Pet-Welcoming: Bring your cherished canine companions. Provisions include a crate, bowls, pet steps, and a dog bed for their comfort. $250 non refundable fee per pet.
